"A really lovely hotel but the stars of the show are the staff on the main desk. They were so helpful and professional. Spotlessly clean, a nice breakfast, which is a rarity in Italian hotels. The bed was super comfortable, I don't think I woke up all night. Lots of gorgeous places to walk around the area. Cruise transfers pick up from right outside."
"NH Ravenna is in a great location, right across from Dante's grave, a beautiful church, many grocery stores within walking distance, pharmacies, ATMs, and quite a few five-star restaurants (reservations on weekends required).
The rooms are clean and sparse, but good for Europe. The bed is hard, which is typical of Italy. Breakfast is outstanding. Staff were wonderful.
The rooms are not insulated, so bring a fan or noise maker, and the air conditioning is shut off at night (fall/winter), but...
"Ottimo Hotel con personale molto molto cordiale. Estremamente soddisfatto ci tornerò sicuramente. Qualità del cibo molto alta sia a cena che colazione. Grazie"
"It is a hidden gem
Absolutely awesome hotel
Staff go overboard to answer your questions and help you feel welcome
The beach view was fantastic and beach access had many lounge chairs and umbrellas on the beach at no extra charge
Also the pool area was central in hotel with lounge chairs for sunning, very nice
Bicycles were available for 4euro for 4hrs ,
Lots of restaurants in area but the hotel restaurant is excellent to eat at, breakfast had a large selection and was excellent
Dinner was also...
"La stanza andava benissimo, il letto comodo, peccato che il frigo era vuoto, neanche una bottiglia d’acqua. Il personale cortese.
Mi sono trovata bene"
"A fraud, 1600€ per 3 nights in one of the shabbiest b&b ever seen which has the label of a 4star SPA hotel?! Was there because of vicinity with Ironman competition site but ..Here the facts:
- booked a king bed+single bed for 2 people ( only availability). Got supersmall and shabby room with queen bed and bunks bed room not bigger than 12 sqmt, run down, shabby, noisy.
- bedding ( linen, pillows, matress) are so unconfortable that we could barely sleep 3 hrs per night
- bathroom so small u touch...
"The staff at this hotel are absolutely lovely. That was the best part! The food at dinner was just ok, but the breakfast was fantastic! Ask for eggs and bacon at breakfast if they don’t offer. The bar area is lovely with comfy lounge chairs and the bartender is so darling! Bikes are available at no cost 24/7 which was nice. The pool area was small, but sunny and just with a few lounge chairs. The beach area is nice. They have a working relationship with Globus Beach for beach chairs and an...
"Helpful staff particularly the reception staff with old fashioned hospitality. Check in was super fast and not fussed, offered to book local restaurant and even helped to book a local dentist when I needed help. Brilliant level of personal service can rival some big name luxury hotels we have stayed."
"Lovely welcome and smooth checkin.
Restaurant for evening meal was lovely.
Hotel booked us our space on the beach Great beach bar for drinks and lunch.
Parking ok."
