"Staff is not trained. Checkout: he didn’t do ANYTHING: looked at our bill and said we were free to go. We had a parking voucher with Expedia he should have given us a parking pass to get out of lot. We ended up paying to get out of lot. Expedia just put the pass back on our account instead of the refund we asked for.
Room service was good but they forgot to charge us. Tried to pay at checkout but he wouldn’t add it….?
