"A lovely hotel for our 2 day stay. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good. Great for a base to see local attractions.
Rooms were clean and tidy. Bar and bar staff good."
"We didn't stay at the property, as when we entered the 4th floor bedroom it was really hot. the window was open to its 3 inch extent, and there was a tower fan, that had little effect on the heat . The reception staff said that none of the rooms had working air conditioning, so we couldn't change rooms. We decided to leave and find alternative accomodation."
"The room was great, very clean and spacious, nicely furnished. We booked for 4 adults but the room that was booked for us was for 3 adults and 1 child. The staff was able to sort it out promptly by offering us another room, however something that might be worth calling about for the future. Breakfast was great, and in very good location!"

Had a huge bedroom that was, on the whole, pretty clean.
Had an issue with grime in the sink. Staff didn't seem to care or offer anything in goodwill.
Breakfast was average.

"We used the hotel for family members to stay in for our wedding a few days later. Rooms where nice and clean. Staff where very helpful and the breakfast was great. We would use the hotel again."
"3 Horse shoes was great, for some reason our bedroom got mixed up, was supposed to have a family room but got a double. Staff sorted the issue, i dont know but apparenty is was an Expedia mix up. Issue was sorted by the morning even though we arrived late, cool pub with a kids soft play and decent playground. Foods nice, staff great....."
"False information. This hotel is no good for people with walking problems the car parking is terrible and telling people to park outside where people were getting parking tickets. There is no breakfast as advertised we was offered the cottage room that was up 50 stairs.. they offered us a replacement as the stairs were dangerous. And I use a walking stick by that time. I wasn't dragging my suitcase back down. Staff did not care. We had 2 pillows and I chair. In the room.. we stayed 4...
