"It is essential that guests at this hotel have a vehicle. It is extremely far from the nearest town and taxis add-on an extra charge (up to 35 euros) just to reach the property, before you even start a journey... The grounds of the property were heavily overrun with ferocious mosquitos and this included inside the lobby, the breakfast room, hallways (we have the dozens of bites to prove it). The breakfast room staff were friendly -- And the food selections there were excellent."

Then at the check out time, same lady was giving us a hard time about one of the card keys that my daughter accidentally left in the room. Front desk lady repeatedly mentioned that it would be better if we had returned the key. Several apologies from us didn’t release the situation..which at the end gave us impression that she cared about the plastic card more than the customer. "
