"Complaint! We recently booked the Seven Hills Camping lodge in Rome. You did not book for us what we had requested. All they had for us was a small room with 2 twin beds. Also only a part of the money we sent you went for the booking. We had to pay much more to get a self contained upgrade. Needless to say we were not happy. Also, back on Feb. 28th we had booked a hotel room near the airport in Nairobi. We were forced to cancel that reservation and yet we were never refunded by the hotel or by you. "Very nice staff. Some renovations but not a big deal. Great access Rome area,North of city/airport. Great food and bar. Beds are super comfortable and rooms well designed. Breakfast staff are really nice a accommodating. "

"This is a beautiful property. The buildings and surrounding countryside. The outdoor amenities are terrific with a large pool and a jetted smaller pool (cold water). The staff was friendly and accommodating. The room was small and utilitarian and the bed was too hard for our liking. We are dinner and breakfast there and both meals were good (especially the cooked breakfast). The only downside of the property is that it is aging and in need of updating and maintenance. We still enjoyed our stay and would recommend it as a relaxing away from the crowd getaway. "
