"5 Stars for the Spa and Elisabetta who is always always the best and never disappoints. However we had a very bumpy check in unfortunately this time. No special treatment for Expedia Platinum Members. Loud music in room but thankfully was dealt with after being shown two different rooms that were not up to standard (one with a very dirty wall and the other with a horrible dirty view.) Will be returning in the Fall and hope that we have a better stay then. We have always had great experiences and...
