"Really cute and beautiful room and hotel overall, with artistic design and nice amenities. The lobby is really beautifully and thoughtfully designed, and the staff were super helpful and friendly. The hotel's location is also at the heart of the downtown at the historic center; making everything a walking distance.
However, certain items in our room didn't work properly. For example the the toilet flush took extremely long to refill, and the pillows were a bit uncomfortable."

I had requested earlier check-in by contacting the hotel directly through Expedia as long hours in the flight and then, train. The hotel staff indicated they didn’t receive my message. They made us wait for 2.5 hours. The lady who was at the reception desk wasn’t really friendly. She also forgot about us after told us to wait. I went to ask her about our room at 2:45pm, she started asking for my name again.

"The room was very nice with an unexpected balcony. The AC worked AMAZINGLY....we went during a heat wave but the ac was able to keep the room nice and cool. The breakfast was delicious with so many options. The staff were all super nice and friendly and even offered to hold our bags between checkout and our train. Next time we are in Florence we are definitely going to be back!"

Vi havde et fantastisk ophold på hotellet i Firenze. Personalet var meget venligt og hjælpsomt, værelserne var rene og komfortable, og beliggenheden var perfekt. Poolen var også fantastisk og et skønt sted at slappe af efter en dag i byen. Det eneste, der kunne forbedres, var morgenmaden, som godt kunne have haft et større udvalg. Ellers var alt helt i top. Vi kommer meget gerne igen!"
"Blood on the bed sheets and mold in the shower. This is a place I’d stay away from. CHotels Joy is just a few blocks away and great. We had a much better stay there."
