"The property is a perfect retreat on Lake Como itself. Our room, 302, was exceptional. With an open balcony on 2 sides. Giving an uninterrupted grand view of the amazing Lake. It was clean and a good size. The only things missing were Tea and Coffee making facilities and the bathroom isn’t very private. I brought my partner here to propose with the background of Lake Como. The staff were absolutely 10/10. The communication before hand leading to our stay. They were exceptional. Thank you for a great stay. "

"Room was a little small and the bathtub was very narrow and difficult to use/stand in for a shower. You could not open the bathroom door without hitting the toilet right behind it. Room was clean (bathtub had a woman's hair on the wall when first used). Room showing a few signs of wear and no view. TV very small and older."
