La habitación estaba muy bien aunque no tenía mucho espacio para poner la ropa. El staff muy servicial y el desayuno estaba bien. La piscina deliciosa y muy bueno que tenga parqueadero! Todo 💯 de 100!!

excellent location in the middle of the greatest mall around the breakfast is very very expensive compared to breakfast in the mall

Beautiful hotel with great amenities and staff.

Hotel is amazing. New hotel. Beautiful gardens and restaurant. The dinner in the hotel restaurant is incredible! What no one tells you is that the town is very run down and not pleasant. Think that’s why the hotel is behind a closed gate! Kinda strange. But most people just come to visit the palace.

The room was spotless. Staff was fantastic. The parking on site was a luxury we later discovered during our 4 weeks in Italy. This was our first night after our flight from New York. The goal was to dine at Pepe in Grani. The hotel an easy 20 minute drive to Caiazzo. Hotel Plana did a great job and lived up to its past reviews.

Front desk was amazing. They arranged transfer from the airport and private all day tour of the Amalfi Coast. Amazing trip, great hotel. Staff was the best!

the hotel have very small parking area. but they have agremant with big parking space in the acrosing the street. but you need to pay for this parking

The hotel is modern, clean and centrally located. We could walk to restaurants and the palace

This hotel is an oasis. Clean, quiet and up to date. The sitting area and garden and gorgeous and relaxing.

Nice rooms and a nice, accommodating staff. The hotel itself is not in the best area and is a train ride/ taxi ride away from most things in Naples. They supposedly have a shuttle service to the city center, but they were not running it while we were there. The Spa was relaxing, although some of the "relax" packages were not really explained much beforehand. The "relax" part gives you access to an area with two saunas, two hot tubs, a number of emulsion showers, a pool, and an area with a few...

Fabulous service, clean room and excellent meal! Highly recommend.

The hotel is very family friendly. Im going to tell you exactly how it is. If you dont mind driving 45 minutes each way to Sorrento this is your spot. Has a easy access from the freeway. 20 real minutes from the airport at 5 am perhaps 30 to 40 in rush hour. Hotel rooftop is amazing. room is perfect for 3 people at least the one we stayed. Room 108. Best part you dont have to fight for 1 hour to find a parking spot. Hotel have ample parking. Friendly staff. I would recommend the hotel its...

Loved the location. We enjoyed snacks and drinks next to the gorgeous pool. Gorgeous sunsets over the sea. The staff were super helpful. We loved that we could walk to Herculaneum. Highly recommend!

Great stay! Very comfortable and clean hotel. Quiet spacious room with a huge en-suite bath. Breakfast was excellent and the staff outstanding. Many restaurants easy 3 min. stroll. Regia di Caserta 10 min walk. Parking very secure. Would return. Thx.

Free spa visit included. No spa services included but use of the pools, jacuzzi, and steam room are free.
