"We found the hotel excellent; the staff were very helpful and quite friendly (some reviews said otherwise but we met several people working there and all were great) We got the smallest room; which was quite small for two people but very clean and with nice furniture comfortable bed and new bathroom, good AC etc. Breakfast was very nice and relaxing. "The exterior of the hotel is beautiful. It is centrally located in Rieti as well. So, if you are wanting to stay in the city center, I would recommend this hotel. The staff was incredibly kind as well. But be warned, this hotel has been touched since ~ 1950ish. To say it the hotel is outdated would be an understatement. "

Only thing was it was a bit challenging to find the ‘front desk’ to check in (not the typical counter you expect to see at a hotel) so took us a little bit to check in etc but was such a lovely place to stay"
