"Facility is clean ,with minimal amenities, ie no coffee in the room. The AC struggled to keep up with record heatwave. The staff was VERY helpful. We would not have gotten to our activities or train at 4am without the great assistance. Overall, we recommend this hotel, as it is a good value."

"Highly recommended. A beautiful and well maintained hotel in the beautiful town in Umbria. Room was clean and spacious, good A/C. Well stocked bathroom. Excellent breakfast. "Beautiful hotel set in bucolic hill top location with spectacular views. The staff were welcoming , friendly and efficient. You can judge hotel service by the speed issues are addressed. We had a few minor issues : a safe without a key, a leak from the air conditioning unit , dud batteries in the telly remote and needed an extra pillow . Within minutes ,new safe ,new batteries ,extra pillow and air conditioning unit serviced immediately.
Beautiful dining room with panoramic vistas including...
"La struttura è ben tenuta sia all'interno che nel giardino, il ristorante annesso di elevata qualità, il personale gentile e molto disponibile, la colazione di buona qualità, la camera spaziosa e con tutti i servizi necessari. Il tutto con un buon rapporto qualità prezzo."
"If you book this hotel for the pool, then don’t. The entire time that we were there, the pool did not work. However, the staff was wonderful, the rooms were decent, and the breakfast was outstanding. We were on a lovely hilltop. Perugia is a great city. I would return to that hotel."
