"The hotel was nice and clean but the beds and pillows were very uncomfortable plus the AC didn’t keep the room cool. It was very hot in Florence when we stayed. Beds were extremely hard and pillows very flat."
"Space was small and the air con is central. We did not have control of the air con and had to call the reception each time we needed to alter the temperature."
"London Hotel has a great location, that’s the main reason you may stay here. Rooms are well equipped and with lots of outlets to charge devices. Some areas in the room may be a little tight but the bed is great to reacharge after a long day in Milan. I will stay again."
"I normally don’t bother commenting on reviews, but the expectations vs reality of this place were significant. Rooms are average, at best, shower leaked, parts of the walls are coming off etc. no big deal if this was advertised as a ‘normal’ stay. Be prepared for a 3 star, at best experience. Also, be prepared for a recommended’ tip request at checkout. I personally wouldn’t recommend. Disappointed, but hey, that’s Florence."
"The hotel is conveniently located in front of the train station and bus and tram stops are a few meters away, so it is easy to connect to the airport or to any part of the city. The staff was very friendly, check in and check out were very quick. Wifi connection was good. I would certainly go back again.
My only suggestion would be to equip the hotel air conditioning system with a scent diffuser to give a pleasant scent to the common areas."
"Spotless. Top notch Italian breakfast. Pool, gym, clean tidy room. Amazing friendly staff all speak English and probably other languages. Close to Il Duoma. Very happy I stayed here."
