"Das Hotel hat eine tolle Lage und das Personal ist grundsätzlich sehr freundlich. Allerdings war das Service im Restaurant eher langsam, man hat oft ewig gewartet um bestellen zu können, obwohl nicht viele Tische besetzt waren. Was definitiv keinem 4-Sterne-Niveau entspricht, war das Frühstücksservice. Das Angebot war zwar top und reichhaltig, allerdings wurde uns 15min vor offiziellem Frühstücksschluss vom Personal das Buffet vor der Nase weggeräumt und die Kaffeemaschinen abgedreht.

"The room had an unpleasant smell, and the bed still had football album stickers left by the previous guest. The bedsheets were old and ripped.
The shower has no door, so water floods the bathroom floor — a slip hazard. Hotel amenities overall felt poorly maintained.
When I raised the shower issue with reception, staff were dismissive, simply asking, "What's the problem about that?" — showing no concern for guest safety.

"Bohinj is a lovely lakeside spot and this hotel is perfectly located to take advantage. The hotel itself is beautiful, the staff is friendly and helpful and the onsite amenities were great. One note is that there is a pool in the wellness center but it does have to be reserved in advance as there is limited space. "While a lot of the other reviews really take a negative spin right off the bat- I found the staff and overall location incredible. You can’t get a better location and there’s a grocery store right behind it. I found the cold air conditioning in my room a LIFE saver after staying at other struggling properties in this heatwave. The host (husband & wife) running the place are the best so far I've ever encounter.
We arrived late at night (after 10 pm and couldn't find a parking space.
They were still on their premises and the husband came running to indicate where I could park (create a parking space)
