"Sehr gutes Frühstück."

"Nice spacious rooms with interesting decor throughout the hotel. We enjoyed the use of the spa and the breakfast was really good."

"The views were to die for, the interior was so classical and beautiful. So much art and old paintings everywhere. The food was incredible!!!! Best hotel breakfast I’ve ever had. And the spa amenities were so nice. What a perfect relaxing getaway."

"Penzion Berc offers an excellent alternative to the "big-box" facilities located closer to lakeside. Rustic Bavarian-style architecture and atmosphere. Good on-site parking. Even though we arrived almost four hours early, we were immediately registered and ensconced in our rooms. "They close the pool an gym at 9:00 the only bad thing"

"By far one of the best places to stay. Very clean and spacious, great views, and a friendly host. Two major grocery stores at your doorstep."

So here is one for the rooms. The room is old in style, but the bathroom is decently updated. Unfortunately even with just 26 degrees outside, the heat was unbearable in the room. The host could not provide a fan. Opening the door to the balcony did not offer much ventilation as it is the only opening...

"The hotel feels somewhat dated and would benefit from renovations. More importantly, there is no air conditioning, and our room was around 25-30°C during our stay in July, which made it very difficult to sleep. On the positive side, the location is excellent, right in the centre of Kranjska Gora."
