"We had a terrible time checking in. We almost had to leave. They had no information regarding our reservation. Apparently a disconnect between the individual apt owner, hotels.com, and the front desk. Also pool was never open yet—one of the main reasons we selected it. Also property is not a hotel. Reviews of 10 score were misleading. "

"The amenities stated in the listing were incorrect. There was no smart TV, there was no Microwave and a huge lack of communication. We speak English and Portuguese and the primary contact will not answer you. It is definitely much better to avoid this place, ESPECIALLY if you don’t speak Portuguese. The parking situation alone will make you ever regret not reading this and listening. The staff is amazing and the proximity to the beach is hard to beat. Good luck if you already booked! "

No sábado teve um pouco mais de silêncio,mas o que as pessoas falavam na rua escutávamos dentro do quarto. Isto gera um desconforto enorme. O banheiro junta água quando o chuveiro está aberto, o chuveiro tem uma queda d’água invertida....
