"When we first arrived, I was ask to give my passports, and I just asked why was that for since a passport its a personal legal document, and the person at the front said if you don't want to stay its ok I wasn't denying to give my info i just need it to know why they need my passport"

Wir waren Mitte September dort und hatten ein Superiorzimmer mit Terrasse und Frühstück/Abendessen gebucht. Das Hotel liegt nicht in direkter Strandnähe aber alles in LLoret ist zu Fuss erreichbar. "Upon arrival, staff were very helpful and friendly. Hotel and grounds were great and maintained to a high standard. Room was clean and had all we needed. Great selection of food available from the buffet restaurant. Pools were great. We had a great stay and would definitely return in the future."
"Arriving at the hotel and the hospitality was great but the spa and the jacuzzi I’ve never been in a jacuzzi that is not hot. The “hot tub” was freezing. However that was the only thing that was wrong with this place other than that everything was great as Americans we were not used to the food at the buffet but it was edible."

"Tossa de Mar is beautiful, and staying at Hotel Delfin made the trip even better. We loved the rooftop pool for midday lounging, and our room was super cozy and pristine. "Nous sommes globalement satisfaits de notre séjour et du service proposé. Le personnel est agréable, disponible et réactif, et nous avons apprécié la qualité de l’accueil.
En revanche, nous avons été assez déçus par l’évolution des prestations par rapport au prix. Le tarif a augmenté alors que l’option All Inclusive n’est désormais plus proposée, ce qui est dommage.

"The hotel is good and clean. The reception staff is polite and friendly.
However, the dining room staff leaves much to be desired. Some of the ladies clearing the tables come up to you while you are still eating, carrying dirty plates from a previous table. They place these dirty dishes onto the table of people who are currently dining just to clear their finished plates, leaving someone else's dirty dishes right in front of them. This is extremely unpleasant and can even make you feel sick...
