"After traveling to Columbus I was called by the hotel and told that I couldn’t check in until 6:30 I check in was supposed to be at 3… once finally checked on at 7 the room they gave me was flooded I had to wait another 30/45 minutes before they gave me another room once they gave me another room the shower didn’t work in that one so had to wait on another room experience was just completely inconvenient and overwhelming the only thing that made it worth while is the customer service I received...
