The studio room is spacious enough for 2 adults and a small child and its very modern. The kitchen is fully equipped and the bathroom offers complimentary toiletries. The breakfast buffet has an abundance of selections and the staff is so friendly and attentive. Seda will now be our must stay every time we visit Cebu."

"Customer service was really good during my stay however, the smell of the comfort room was such a big turn-off for us. There was a lingering poop smell inside the comfort room, even when we haven't used it yet. The room itself did not smell that good too - it was like there was still a smell of fresh paint."

"I stayed in two bedroom apt this place needs a lot of improvements. The ac was dusty, we have to buy our own sponge and soap to wash our dirty dishes it doesn’t have any shampoo or toiletries, check in is inconvenient waited for almost an hour. We have to use the same towels total of 4 for 4 days of stay and no housekeeping and charge the dirty towels upon checked out. "
