"The room was quite small and needs an update on paint and general upkeep. Most of the staff didn't speak English,and the restaurant did not have a menu in English, which, I must say, I have never seen in an international hotel brand. Other than that, the stay was just generally average. I would not go back, but it is kind of the only place to stay in Hyeres, so I guess that's why they can get away with it. Sad to say"

Nash and Arthur made our last night dinner a wonderful experience and made us feel like long time friends. "Everything from trying to find the hotel to staying only one night out of two paid for was terrible. The service was awful and their wifi and AC did not work. The wifi was critical as I’m from the US and had to work evening Zoom calls and couldn’t. "The hotel was recently restored in the past few years. So, the rooms and amenities are fresh, but no views. The rooms are quiet, beds are very comfortable and we slept great. Expedia maps this property in the center of old town near Lices. However, the actually location is a 10 minute walk along the harbor. If it were located in the center, then I’d give 5 stars. But that would also come with a higher price."

"Superb 'human size' hotel spread in the middle of the nature - Quiet and very well located - no too far from St Tropez and close to Ramatuelle old village.
