"We got upgraded by hotel to a 5 Star Sister- Hotel Savoy. "

"Having paid for a room with the 3 twin bed option, we had to pay €35 upgrade to get the 3 beds! Then, as we were given our room key cards, they mentioned that they were having some plumbing problems… didn’t specify. I asked if this would be sorted out today… “yes, we expect so”. The next morning, the water was freezing… we had to shower in that! It’s a 4* hotel… surely, there should be some sort of refund? Otherwise, the room was great!"

"This is NOT a typical Best Western. It’s a very nice hotel in Genoa’s best location. Helpful staff. On site restaurant. Walk to shops, cares, bars and restaurants. "

"Overall, the hotel was very good. It is located far from the historic center, but it is easy to get around by public transportation. The breakfast buffet should change a bit between days, as it gets boring after eating the same thing for several days."

"The only reason for 4 stars is the building is not new, but I had a really lovely stay and the staff were very helpful. Everything felt luxury except for the price. I especially appreciated the outdoor bar/cafe and the bountiful complimentary breakfast."

"We went for our honeymoon and had a wonderful time! The staff were friendly, the food was great, and even when we had a small issue with AC, they fixed it for us right away. Overall a great stay, would happily come back. :) "
