"Wonderful location for where we visited."

"I’m a returning guest, and I enjoyed my experience at the Park Lane Hotel. Everything was very nice and I felt very comfortable during my stay. My concerns… the mini fridge was not stocked with anything, zero snacks and drinks. No ice machine on my floor, or anywhere else, nothing, but there’s an ice bucket in the room?? And no coffee machine in the room or coffee pods. Unbelievable. What does the daily resort fee cover? WIFi? I’m sure they negotiate a discount rate for WIFI, but every guest...

"The hôtel stafnwas great and friendly. My only issue was that we were staying at the hotel for 5 days and our sheets were not changed even once, which if I'm staying somewhere for 1-3 days its not something I care about but for 5 days I've Ould have loved to have them changed at least once as they were visibly dirty. "

"Great location. Down side was there was only one elevator for many floors probably paying the lower rate. Prepare yourself if you’re getting a good deal. Otherwise the room size was good and it was clean. Excellent location. "

"Hotel was booked for just one night while visiting family who live nearby. It was easy to find, and check-in was a breeze. The hotel is clean and the service very good. Our room was exceptionally warm upon arrival, but we spoke to the front desk, and maintenance had it fixed within 20 minutes. Parking cost extra, and we literally took the last spot in the garage, but it was safe and clean. No complaints at all, and as long as this remains an affordable option, we will stay here again. "

"The location of this hotel was fantastic! The room was incredibly comfortable, clean, and modern. We loved having access to the third floor eatery and the staff was super nice. We got in late on Friday and grabbed a bite to eat at the burger joint in the hotel. It hit the spot! Our little one loved the stay too. Would definitely recommend and stay here again!"

"Great stay at The Carnegie Hotel. Quiet room on the 15th floor. Comfortable bed and clean room. Reception staff friendly and helpful with booking taxis and advice. Breakfast was ok, pastries, cereal, fruit and yoghurt. Cramped room , but can't be helped! Coffee not great but lots of good coffee shops in the vicinity. Would stay again as the area was good and handy for lots of sightseeing and shopping as well as close to Central Park."
