"This hotel has the best staff I have ever personally encountered. I am staying here due to a medical emergency that occurred with my mother. They have been beyond helpful, caring and understanding! I cannot thank them enough and can’t give a high enough rating. 5 Stars just isn’t enough for how incredible they have been.

"Everything was amazing. It’s a bit far to get to. Best way is by rental car. No bus, train close. Once at the property, it does not disappoint. Amazing views, great food, clean, helpful staff, great amenities. Highly recommended"

"Hotel dotato di ampio parcheggio, con una bella reception e personale gentile e disponibile. A 2 passi dal lago, presenta una bella piscina con lettini e ombrelloni. L'interno è elegante e le camere sono confortevoli. Abbiamo avuto un problema con l'aria condizionata, ma si sono adoperati per risolverlo. Colazione minimal, si potrebbe fare di più."

"La colazione potrebbe essere molto migliorata: per questa volta ho preferito andare al bar a due passi, vicino alla meravigliosa Abbazia Cistercense di San Martino al Cimino, dove con poco è possibile gustare un cappuccino e cornetto a dovere, con acqua di Nepi locale ed il giornale. Idem i materassi e le docce, che è possibile migliorare.
Il rapporto qualità prezzo è comunque ottimo, la stanza, molto bella e ampia, aveva il frigo-bar, la tv e un balcone panoramico attrezzato con sedia e...
"Um hotel típico toscana numa aldeia típica Toscana e muito acolhedora. Hotel com vistas fantástica , colado ao Duomo. Fantástico jardim e piscina. Acesso ao centro da pequena aldeira (praticamente uma rua) com bons restaurantes. Serviço excelente e muito simpáticos. A melhorar apenas o pequeno almoço que está longe de estar à altura deste maravilhoso hotel."
