"Stayed for a long weekend in the romance suite. Staff were polite, room and balcony were not well cleaned as there was a lot of dust in places. Seems they done the bed, bathroom but thats it.
The jet bath was put on and removed the water just to see if it was clean. The jets were so dirty the bottom of the tub was filty so I couldnt even use it.
I asked the staff 3 times if they can tell me if the balcony shower worked, they said they will send someone up each time but no one came. We got tired...

"Nice setting and quiet . Good breakfast.
But……
Advertisement for bicycle rental, they had ONE bicycle.
Sauna…. Locked not working.
Window was 15 feet up, couldn’t obviously see outside.
No AC heat control
No fan control
No knock on door for cleaning, they just walk in."
