"First of all the lady at the front desk with the long red hair was extremely rude and disinterested in her job. She visibly rolled her eyes at a customer at one point. I avoided asking the questions that I wanted to due to her sheer disinterest and she was distracted by her phone. Due to her customer service alone I would not return. Princess in the other hand who came to fix our tv was very helpful and friendly. Princess really should be at the front desk. Pool was closed. Room not clean. It...

"The Room was clean and spacious. The food was good but a, warming, stone would have, ensured, a more desirable temperature. The Hotel is fabulous with all kinds of artifacts and information, pertaining, to the building. The location is excellent. The Bathtub is a real treat! I enjoyed every, moment. The water is hot and the pressure is good: Expedia quoted a price of $40.00 more, nightly, for an extra Guest. The Bill charged $430.00! I would like to know why there is such a large, disparity....

"We ended up not staying because after i booked they listed all the fees. You have to check in by 8 pm but is listed as 2:30am and there is a $20 per person per day fee to use the pool. And you have to give a 48 hr notice to even use the pool and i booked last minute so that would have been a waste too. To use the hot tub its $100 extra but that is the only thing listed before you book. It would not have been worth the 3.5 hr drive we were going to make. "
