"This is a fantastic hotel if you’re planning to be out during the day - the building noise was, at times, awful and there’s no other place to be able to work from. A day of no water (known but not advised until the morning of the supply issue, and then only a notice in the elevators) meant no flushing toilets and no hand washing facilities - no alternatives were offered.
