"Clean boutique hotel in great location near the old town and on the lake. Beds were not very comfortable. Staff were not very nice or overly helpful. Hotel nickel and dimes and charges for the water bottles in the room (which were in the minibar but there was no other water other than tap). When I spoke with the manager, he explained it’s because the tapwater is drinkable. Good place to stay if you’re looking for a decent, eh service hotel in a great location with a decent breakfast."
"One of the nicest hotels I’ve ever stayed in! And I’ve stayed in hundreds. And the price is very affordable! The staff is really helpful and keeps you informed. The location is great. There is even a snack room/lounge with a fridge, coffee, tea cookies and even soup. The AC works great. Would definitely stay here again!"
"This hotel was very dirty and stinky. We have travelled all over the world and understand that a 5 star hotel means different things in different countries, but this hotel was just nasty. Maybe it was a 5 star hotel 50 years ago, but not any more. We did stay over night because we had nowhere else to go and got out of there in the morning. The hotel refused to give us a refund for the remaining nights, claiming they have a strict cancellation policy. I just wanted to show my Canadian husband...
"I booked the property through expedia. On day we were to arrive the property told us that they did not have our reservation and were fully booked. Then when going through Expedia for a refund I was told the property was not giving one? Not sure how you took my money but don't work with Expedia and have no rooms available? Called the property multiple times with no answer for any type of clarification, all done through Expedia messages. Horrible experience and had to book elsewhere "
