"It's very convenient for us mostly staying to attend medical appointments. The staff are attentive if required. The bathroom was spotless. I could have done with a complimentary shower cap but the shower set up meant I kept my hair dry! Important when you've had a cut and blow dry!"
"It is a great place to stay. Friendly, helpful staff. Really nice, comfortable rooms. Really, its only downfall is parking. The Mantra Charles is so handy to the hospital and specialist medical clinics, but sometimes, its the parking. I've stayed there a few times and will continue to stay there."

The toilet cracked stained and the plastic seat and systern were fit only for a prison. Being very old missfitting and the plastic crazed the cystern leaked and had to be Turner off to allow sleeping the windows x2 only one was fitted and very poorly with flywire.
I booked because it had a 4 star rating. We were so disappointed when we arrived. It was truly a low point in our stay in Tasmania.

"Awesome spot to stay, very friendly staff, the room was spotlessly clean, comfy bed, warm room, and very very quiet, it was magic! Very close to the city so easy walk down into the city.
Oh and meet the friendly dachshunds they were beautiful. Thanks for a great stay, we will be back👍"
