"Shuttle from train station was very helpful. The concierge Luis was very helpful in explaining things to do and booking tickets for us. The hotel is beautiful with stunning views of the Matterhorn. Great breakfast, staff very polite and helpful. I would stay here again if visiting Zermatt in the future."
"Access to the spa for our stay was really nice. I wish the hot tub was actually hot though. The mattress in our room was hard as a rock, so we'd wake up sore every morning. The shower in our room was also kind of gross, with some unidentifiable black sludge in the seams. The view from our room was brilliant though!"
"absolutely gorgeous and friendly. The details and decor are beautiful! Wood carved ceilings and walls The spa made our trip after a full day of hiking . The best hotel we've ever stayed in. Wonderful breakfast as well."
"A beautiful Swiss hotel with lots on amenities. The pool and spa are especially nice. The staff is super friendly and the full breakfast is excellent. Highly recommended."
"A truly phenomenal hotel! The design is wonderfully stylish and captures a perfect holiday atmosphere, while remaining remarkably clean and comfortable. We stayed in a Matterhorn view suite, which was incredibly spacious—watching the golden sunrise over the Matterhorn from our private balcony each morning was unforgettable. Additionally, the breakfast was exceptionally lavish, exquisite, and delicious. The staff were remarkably warm and helpful—Highly recommended!"
"Loved everything about our stay here. Beautiful small hotel, lovely rooms, wonderful restaurant, great staff and they even loaned us a backpack and walking sticks for a hike we wanted to take. The spa looked amazing, but we didn’t have time to use it. Highly recommend this place!"
"Everything was great! Our room with the matterhorn view was enough for us, plus the view of matterhorn especially during sunrise was spectacular! Room was clean and comfy. Staff were excellent, friendly and professionals. Hotel location is just 5mins walk from the train station. Amenities were awesome, we used sauna for 2 nights before closing was a good way to end the day after a day of walking, exploring, and hiking."
"This is a solid 3 star hotel. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Location is slopeside with ski in/out. Ski rental on site is a plus. However, rooms are basic and mine had no closet. There is an additional daily charge per person for pool and spa use."
