"It's just over an hour away from airport, but once there we were greeted by friendly staff, had a room upgrade too, due to maintenance, which was great, the room was very spacious, very large bed, bathroom had a bath, and a shower, vanity and wc, in bathroom was cupboards for clothes, ample room, plus safe, bedroom had lots of draw space, our room went out into the pool, large pool, with pool bar, bar staff were amazing, very friendly, polite, always Remembered our names, nice seating area...

"Adrian made the check in and communication process so easy ! The villa was as described ! We would def come stay again . So nice"

"If you are looking for a beautiful, privante and elegant place to stay in Canggu, this is it. The hotel is stunning and the staff is very friendly. I would totally recommend it!"

"Unfortunately upon checking in the 2 bedrooms upstairs sheets, pillows, and towels were covered in black mold. One of the bedrooms smelled very moldy as if it had been closed off for a few weeks without being aired out. The staff helped quickly and changed it all the next day. Breakfast was hit or miss and different almost every day. The location is good, the villa is overall lovely. I’d stay here again for the price, but do not expect a luxury villa. Pictures were much more impressive."

"Staff tried, both in the dining area and the room clean. The main areas are presentable, but the shower area and landscaping looked poorly maintained."
