Con: The tap water is not potable and they don’t provide complimentary bottles in the room - all hotels I’ve stayed at provide basic water when tap water is not drinkable. We had to keep running to the grocery store nearby to buy bottles as hotel bottles were way too expensive. Pros: Fully equipped gym, and good spa and wellness services "

Rooms very spacious but the bathroom could do with a bit of modernising. Check out too early (although seems to be a trend in Italy) but doesn’t allow for a leisurely breakfast and check-out. The hotel was however a accommodating and granted us a bit longer! Would stay again. "

I asked for an iron at 8pm and I was told that thet they do not provide such service. I had have an argument which enabled me the priviledge to get them to contact the manager and ask what to do.
