"Hotel had great breakfasts, and locked bike storage that had a bike cleaning station and repair/work station. Everything was clean and well maintained. Fantastic location close to bike routes, train station, old town and restaurants."

"Excellent property in an amazing area of the world. Clean, friendly staff and a location that can't be beat. We saw some folks struggling with the stairs and it is a 15 minute walk to a sand beach or a 5 minute walk to a smaller beach. If you're not going to eat on site then it's an $18 euro cab ride into Begur or a 15 minute walk to the nearest restaurant. This worked well for us but it won't work for everybody. We loved the stay and completely recommend the property"

"Beach front with balconies and sea views even from the rooms on the side. Beautiful hotel. Very nice and modern room and bathroom. Parking is a bit of an issue. They have parking close by for smaller cars, but larger cars have to park a bit away in the city center. But overall very nice hotel close to many restaurants. "

"I loved every single day , the staff were very kind , the service was impeccable, the food ...OMG we all loved the food so much !!! This was all a really unforgettable experience for our family. We stayed there for 6 days and we had a lot of fun. The kids enjoyed the surroundings as the park was very close , the games that they played which were organized by the hotel staff and also the walks to the sea. Perfect choice for our holiday. "Very handy for Girona airport and a free shuttle, really great choice at breakfast , although the cooked section could have been warmer and maybe more of a selection. Free spa was lovely."

"Lovely hotel right on the beach. I booked the junior suite and it was nice and clean. 2 balconies one with a beautiful partial sea view and the other of mountains in the distance. The service was excellent from the moment we checked in to the time we left. We stayed there for my mother’s birthday, when we arrived all receptionist ladies and hotel manager greeted her happy birthday which made her feel extra special. The best added touch was a lovely birthday greeting left in the room with a bottle of bubbles and chocolates. I highly recommend this hotel, thank you Aromar Hotel. "

"This is a great hotel to explore Girona from, with a short 10-15minute walk into the main city and a 20 min walk to the old town. Unfortunately the pool was closed during our stay so we couldn't make use of this, but overall the hotel was clean and the staff very friendly."
