"Great location right in the city center, making it very convenient for exploring the area. The staff were very helpful and responsive when we needed assistance with a room issue, and we really appreciated their professionalism and trustworthiness. Overall, a comfortable and family-friendly hotel, highly recommended for a family trip!"

"The main lift was out of service"

"Didn’t like being allocated a room for the disabled with an adjoining door, on the ground floor. Not what we paid for. Were then offered an attic room with a skylight type window, you couldn’t see out and it was dark. They then managed to jiggle things around and we had a decent room, the sort we expected. Didn’t use most of the facilities as we were there for a wedding near by but we did eat in the bar area. Food menu was limited and so were the cocktail choices. Don’t know about the restaurant...

"The room had a funky smell. It wasn't the greatest. The staff were helpful. I do believe since Leonardo have taken over Jury's Inn, the standards have slipped massively. I should have stayed in a Premier Inn"

"Unfortunately this hotel has become a haven for dog owners which is ok if you own a dog. The room we got allocated on arrival smelled of wet dog and I immediately went to reception to get a change of room. We got a new room which was slightly better but every floor had dogs staying in rooms. Unfortunately although I have owned dogs in the past it isn’t for me and will not be staying again."

"Great shirt stay, the beds were really comfy and the room was spacious with everything we needed. Staff were lovely."

"Excellent accommodation lovely and spacious, very clean great staff !"

"Hotel nice but rooms outdated and very tired looking, especially the bathroom. Main entrance door to hotel not working and carpet upon entry very grubby.Seemed to be maintenance going on on the top floor and one lift out of service. On the plus side comfy bed, nice staff and pleasant restaurant area."
