"The staff were very kind and caring, the pool and green areas were ok, it was all inclusive, the food and drinks were average... The property needs a total remodeling of its facilities, the hot tub and tennis court were completely abandoned as other buildings too. The property needs a power plant with urgency because the power outages in the area."

"Llegamos a las 12 del medio dia. Nadie nos recibe, vamos al mostrador directamente. Nos informan que el check in es a las 15 horas por lo que no podemos acceder al hotel, salvo que paguemos un early check in o si no que vayamos a almorzar al pueblo mas cercano (20 minutos en taxi). Tras discutir acceden a darnos una de las 2 habitaciones reservadas y nos permiten de favor acceder al hotel. Nos cobraron 2000 bolivares de deposito por la llave-cerradura del cofre de seguridad.
