"J’ai trouvé les aires communes très belles et bien entretenues. Le personnel était serviable et sympathique. Le petit déjeuner excellent avec beaucoup de choix. La chambre était propre et le lit confortable mais mon seul bémol était la douche qui était plutôt vieille avec un peu de moisissure. Sinon tout était parfait!"

We had checked into a room that had a issue they worked very hard to resolve the issue so that we had a more comfortable stay. I would highly recommend this hotel and especially that afternoon staff at the front desk we’re outstanding."

"Excellent location if you are going to the conference venue next door. If you are planning on going to the historic centre it is a little way away with the tram and metro a 5-10 minute walk away.
Room (which I think was the most basic one available) was spacious, clean and with a decent bathroom. It would have been nice to have tea/coffee facilities, or at least a kettle, and a universal power socket."
"Very dated and is not in a great location to walk to places. I got this hotel for the shuttle, but the emails asking where and how to get the shuttle went unanswered so I ended up using a taxi anyway. I wouldn't stay here again."

"Uistekend hotel op een erg goede locatie. Standaard kamer misschien een beetje aan de kleine kant, maar goed dat was niet erg verder. De rooftop bar is ook een aanrader. Mooie view over de stad en naast de oude stadspoort. Fietsen huren gaat makkelijk bij de buren van het hotel. Kortom aanrader!"

"The hotel is fairly new and comfortable. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The hotel is located about 25 from Valencia’s downtown. however; there is a train station a block away from the hotel. The restaurant inside the hotel is very nice and it’s open late. Moncada where the hotel is located is a nice typical Pueblo in Spain."
