"Accessible hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. I did not use the gym or spa to comment on. The hotel is easily accessible by taxi, bus or on foot. As the weather was good I used the opportunity to walk from the hotel into Treviso town centre and it was no less than 20 minutes if that to the bus/train station."
Bellissimo"
"Erika made our stay incredible! Before we arrived, she arranged vineyard tours and tastings. And she was a smiling face every morning during our delicious breakfast on the patio. I highly recommend eating at the on-site restaurant- wine and food was delicious. And a bonus that time at the spa is included- a lovely way to unwind after a long day."
"Overall it was an okay stay. The hotel reception and relaxing area are spacious and the decoration is lovely. The staff we interacted with were all friendly and helpful!
The bedroom was slightly outdated but fairly comfortable. The air conditioning worked very well for the first 2 nights but then wouldn’t work at all for the third night which was a shame. They provide tea/coffee and a kettle but no milk and the cups are made of paper which become too hot to hold after putting any hot water...
"The location was perfect to explore Treviso and its region. It was clean and affordable. Front desk staff was very welcoming and helpful. Breakfast was very good and the servers were friendly."
