"Ristorante molto buono, colazione molto varia, peccato per il personale alla reception, quando ho chiesto di fare il check out la sera la ragazza è stata molto infastidita, altra cosa negativa non sono stato avvisato che non avrei potuto lasciare l'hotel la mattina presto.

Our check in was a disaster because we arrived at 8 pm and there was no staff available to help us. We had not received the email communication to finalize our registration prior to our arrival."
