Sheraton hotel offers many amenities including a complimentary shuttle service to several other resorts. "Our first room the hotel had checked us into was dirty and very small. We were able to switch rooms and upgraded to the one bedroom for more space at a cost. We had to go through Expedia to get a room change as their main office to make the changes are not on property and they were closed. We sent the photos to Expedia and they immediately assisted us with changing rooms. Pool is great for kids, ocean is a short walk, restaurants close by. "

"I love this resort. We stayed in the other side last time and I do feel like it was nicer and newer. Each one is a little different. I was told at check in that we would have housekeeping every day. We did not. I had to call down a few times to get things cleaned. They came and did it. But there was a lack of communication there. The beach is great here. We watched whales and turtles the entire day from our beach. "
