Især personalet - både i receptionen, rengøringen og i restauranten - skal have en ekstra stjerne for at være glade, interesserede og servicemindet. "Qualche incomprensione ma risolto tutto in modo impeccabile dalla direzione. Stanza perfetta e ristorante degno di un 5stelle menu alla carta con ampia scelta e possibilità di usufruire contemporaneamente del buffet. Personale eccezionale i miei ragazzi hanno fatto richieste fuori menu e ampiamente soddisfatti non si può chiedere di meglio. "Our trip was Winter for skiing, but the wellness centre facilities were excellent. The restaurant prices need reducing since evening meal options are limited and if you had children would be very expensive. Other than that, the hotel was very good. Reduce the restaurant prices, open up the dinner menu and make it outstanding."

"Normal hotel like many. If you go Ski, remember to ask about the Discount Pass coz they will forget. I had to call the hotel to ask for a QR code, the lady who answer (probably the Owner) wasn't kind and I had to answer her in the same way, because I know how to deal with Italians exactly as they do (sometimes).
