Not only did she make us feel completely at home, but she also went above and beyond to answer every question with care from parking suggestions to nearby dining to helping us coordinate a late checkout so my daughter could change after her performance. Fanny’s professionalism and warmth were a shining example of top-tier customer service. She was our calm in the whirlwind of recital day, and I cannot thank her enough for her thoughtfulness.
