"Had comfortable stay "

"Room is very small and very tight. Practically no space to move around. Bed sheet was dirty. I had to request room change. Bathroom was decent but again very tight. Breakfast was decent. Blanket cover felt dirty as well. It seems like hotel saves money on laundry. Not sure if I will stay here again. "

"I chose this property because it boasted a swimming pool. When I arrived, I was told it was closed for the winter. I wish they’d told me beforehand. However they upgraded me to a suite. It is a good hotel, a bit soulless but it is situated away from the mayhem that is Central Kolkata. There is good mall nearby and a few decent eateries."

"staff and was very humble and professional, room was neat and tidy, room service people and laundry guy was also very attentive, overall stay was nice, i won’t mind staying here again in future, the only thing i dint like was the room service menu,there were very few options to order and everything was overpriced. after including taxes my simple 3 piece chicken mayo sandwich was 560 bucks which is 7 star hotel rate, the management should definitely redesign their menu with little changes in the...
