"I had elderly parents with me. It was a nightmare getting assistance from the parking lot to the hotel. Nobody in the airport parking knew how to reach the entrance. We ended up driving around twice and my 85 & 92 year-old parents finally walking and pushing luggage through crowded trolley-filled elevators trying to reach.
