"Great view and location. Staff was very helpful. Rooms are small but very clean."

"Great location. Nice rooftop with a pool area. Cool restaurant/bar downstairs."

"The personnel was very helpful, the room was spacious and clean, will stay at this hotel again"

"Close to everything"

"Everything was good"

"Very nice hotel, great location with friendly and helpful staff. Very spacious room, with well maintained features"

"Staff were super friendly & helpful from minute I checked in. Hotel and room was clean and nice. The shuttle service from & too airport was super! Would stay here again :)"

"The rooms in October has no air conditioning, they turn it off we were on the 20 th floor when you opened the window all you hear was the noise of the cars. We did get a fan for the room but it was very noisy, so room gets to 28 degrees, the gym has no air conditioner as well , so if you are like me and you work out go in the morning. Other wise the gym is a sauna. Breakfast is good , and the rooms are comfortable others then there is no ac."

"Large room with plenty plugs. Well maintained and good central location with access to many activities. Staff was very attentive."

"Air conditioning worked great. My dads shower only cold water the whole time. My shower was backing up grim coming up. Cleaning staff never refilled our water teas or coffee whole time we were there pretty much staying a week, did not do good job of cleaning, and would kick you out of your room to clean on their timeline. Left higher tips to see if that got better service on cleaning and it did not. The check in process was too clunky for my senior citizen dad to do so I had to do everything....

"Beautiful hotel with gorgeous decor. Staff was incredibly nice and welcoming. Great location - could walk to literally anything, Bolhao Market, long shopping street, multiple restaurants, historic places, etc. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to all friends/family!"
