"Good location right next to spring mall. It has a shuttle into the centre of the city too. Easy for grab pick up to go into any of the national parks. Rooms are simple but clean. Kitchen is fine to use. Staff are pleasant. It’s not luxury but absolutely fine for a trip here."
"Our stay at The Waterfront Hotel in Kuching, Sarawak was outstanding from beginning to end. Everything about our experience was five-star, and we would happily stay here again.
The hotel is perfectly located in the heart of Kuching, within easy walking distance of the beautiful waterfront, shops, restaurants and cultural attractions. It was an ideal base for enjoying everything this wonderful city has to offer.

"Everything was good but housekeeping needs improvement. Second day 19/12 house keeper didn’t replace face towels and tea. Then on 20/12 we left the room at about 1130 am. Came back at about 3 pm room was not cleaned. Had to wait in lobby to wait for it to be clean "
"Excellent AC in room. Room described on here as "sea view" turns out to be "partial sea view", which is the description used on the hotel's own website.
Staff very good, especially in restaurant which has a separate vegan menu with some good options.
Some evidence that maintenance has suffered, such as a missing tile on pool and water leaking through to children's pool. Water leaking from toilet handle in room. Signs direct to a spa that no longer exists."
