"The A/C was not working in our first room so they put us in a second room. The A/C ALSO was not working in the second room. The front desk staff was not helpful and kept trying to blame us on the issue even though their maintenance staff had come to our room and said there was nothing they could do. Finally after moving three times we found a room with a working A/C. Hotel staff did not apologize or offer any further accommodation. Very disappointing."
