"Upon check in I told the staff my friend and I were splitting the bill and she no longer wanted the breakfast as her flight changed. They charged me for 1/2 the bill and breakfast and then charged her. This took a long time as they were trying to take off the one breakfast.
The room was very hot, already set at 19 degree celsius and we could not lower it. They gave a fan but the room stayed quite hot throughout the night. No sheet on the bed so you had to take off the whole comforter to...
"This hotel is a short walk from the airport which was great for me. The shuttle back to the airport was convenient. I think “luxury” hotel is a stretch but it met the basic needs."
"Me gustó la atención del personal y la limpieza del hotel!
No me gusto que no se esfuerzan lo más mínimo por entender otro idioma, pese a tener nuevas herramientas tecnológicas para una mejor atención!
En cuanto el desayuno, ninguna novedad, todos los días son los mismos platillo. Creo que debieran evolucionar!"
"Staff was incredibly polite and helpful. The location is perfect, you can walk to many attractions including to the nearby parks. Close to transportation too. A very good pick for tourists."
"The staff was amazing - helpful and thoughtful. The room was clean and comfortable. Lots of shops and attractions nearby. Wonderful experience. Will definitely recommend and go back again."

Staff is super helpful and really nice. Loved the free/unlimited tea as i dont drink coffee but they do have free drip coffee for those that do. Also really enjoyed that the hotels location is very central - 10 min walk to Temple St + Ha'penny Bridge, 10-15 min walk over the bridge to Trinity College, 20 min walk to the Guinness...
"The room itself was clean, spacious and comfortable, and the hotel’s location is extremely convenient for the Bord Gáis Energy Theatre.
Unfortunately, the overall experience was disappointing, particularly when it came to the level of customer service.
The check-in experience was very poor. We were required to complete the check-in process ourselves, which I found particularly disappointing as I was travelling with family members with mobility issues. When we asked for assistance regarding local...
