"Absolutely lovely hotel from the moment we entered. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was a very good selection and of a good quality. Room was very clean and of a good size. Would definitely return again when next in Alghero."

"The hotel doesn’t feel four star until you get to your room which we liked . However there was noise from other rooms which could be easily heard . On our last night a large gathering of local people was hosted in a conference room and the music was thumping until 11.15 so it’s not just a hotel for tourists ! The bar staff were all excellent and so helpful . The reception staff were a bit ‘cool’. The shuttle bus into town is a great service. The small beach is nice and we used it twice "

"This was our 3rd spot on our two-week trip to Sardinia in May 2024. This place was fabulous. Very elegant, perfect setting, great food, wonderful pools, access to the Mediterranean, highly recommend."

"Tina was a wonderful host, responsive and attentive. The apartment was clean and spacious. Location was also excellent with beautiful views of the beach The only slight issue was the noise. Road traffic noise , drilling from nearby building works from 7am and at night the music from the cocktail bar opposite. Obviously this is outside of the host’s control and was only a minor issue for us."

"Great hotel in close proximity to both the old town and the beach. Has a wonderful bar / breakfast room overlooking the harbour. Perfect for an aperitivo as the sun sets!"

"The hotel is a little dated but in a convenient location across from the beach and about a 20 min walk to the old town. The staff is helpful and friendly. The reason that I rated it so low as my husband and I would wake up with insect bites that we first thought were mosquito bites because he had found a few mosquitoes in the room. After examining the bites we feared it was bed bugs so we stripped the beds down to the mattress and with the flashlights on our phones we discovered tiny bugs crawling. We reported it to reception and they replaced the mattresses but did not acknowledge there were bed bugs. Also when we checked into our room the toilet wasn’t flushing properly and had to replace the tank the next day. The rooms were serviced daily. "

"There was a loud party with loud music until midnight. Not easy to sleep. A hassle with front desk about payment. We thought we were charged at check in but it seems we were not. All else was great. Amazing property and pool!"

"A marvellous stay at Hotel Corte Rosada, the food and drink was top quality and all the staff were excellent, extremely helpful and polite. The hotel was situated in a lovely peaceful location and facilities very good. Our only niggle was a slightly hard and worn mattress. Overall we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and would highly recommend."
