"Loved the staff, very attentive. Comfortable room. I liked being close to the center for shopping. I think the open couch in the room could be exchanged for one that is more comfortable."

"The hotel was very clean, the staff was very attentive and there was never an issue getting a shuttle to the private beach club"

"Very clean and helpful staff. Great restaurants and bars on site."

"Excellent place to stay; enjoyed the beach and the pool. Staff are fabulous. We received a complimentary charcuterie board upon arrival. We ordered room service a couple times and it was easy and fast via a link that was texted to me. We liked the Opal collection so much we plan to visit other ones."

"Good"

"The staff knew us all by name. We stayed in the 3-bedroom park suite, which is probably the nicest suite I’ve ever stayed in. We’ve been guests at the other high-end hotels on Palm Beach, and I must say that White Elephant is my favorite due to the incredible, friendly service, cleanliness, and overall experience of a smaller hotel."

"Absolutely amazing and beautiful! Every staff member is outstanding and friendly! Huge shout out to Tiffany for her professionalism, persona"
