"Hotel Flora is a beautiful facility nestled in the heart of Frascati, Italy. Located close to all attractions and within walking distance to the train, it was a lovely addition to our recent trip to Italy. The facilities were kept clean but, the tub leaked all over the floor as caulk just did not function accordingly. Not to bash the facility but, the extreme amounts of marble flooring and walls create a very loud environment which required some "shushing" of the guilty party of 10. Perhaps...

"Hotel Castel Gandalfo has a beautiful view out over the lake. Daniel and the rest of the staff were very helpful in advance and upon arrival. Just a few minutes walk to the Castel Gandalfo train station and a 30 minute ride into the Rome Termini station where you can take a subway to all landmarks. The hotel provides a delicious breakfast too."

"I was booked for 3 days, I left after 1. Nothing but problems at this hotel and my room had cockroaches, live and dead. Gross. They gave me a different room but I did not feel comfortable. They would not refund my money as I had prepaid for 3 days. It may have once been a nice place, sadly not anymore "

"We arrived late and just wanted to get our room and sleep. Night clerk was indifferent at best, no information on hotel amenities, breakfast times, Wi-Fi etc… We were in Fiuggi for a romantic weekend. The room did not add to that. First flag of trouble was when we got to the door, as we put the key in the lock, the door swung open, made a mental note to use the room safe. Only problem was could not, it was locked. The room had a musty smell, top of the wardrobes were filthy. My partner went to...
