The only thing that lets it down - and it lets it down BADLY to the extend we wouldn’t stay here again is that the food is appalling. "Very happy with this attractive authentic chateau in a very quiet situation easy to locate a short distance from the motorway. We didn’t walk around the grounds or see the pool as it was inclement weather. The room was immaculate albeit very small but it was the least expensive but next time I would upgrade to have a separate bathroom. For an overnight stop it was fine - breakfast was adequate apart from the lack of fresh coffee-only a machine and the coffee from that was not the best. I think...

"It’s a nice location with great vibes. But, hotel lost my clothes sent to the laundry and their attitude handling is horrible. Tried to push everything to their outsource cleaning company, even ask us to contact that company directly… Also, housekeeping also throw away an empty wine bottle, which is obviously a souvenir, we put one the reading table. At the same time, an empty plastic water bottle on the ground was kept when we come back… "
