"This is a true gem! Right on the lake with a lovely pool. The setting is fantastic. We loved the old fashioned touches such as turn down service in the evening with towels refreshed at night as well as in the morning. The hotel has been recently refurbished so the bedrooms are well thought out and nicely appointed without being too formal. We had a room overlooking the lake and loved waking up to the sun streaming in through the windows before heading down to a gorgeous breakfast. It has to be...

"I booked a stay at this Filario Hotel, but fell we fell sick before the hotel stay. We reached out 24 hours prior to the hotel stay to see if we can switch to date ore receive a partial refund, but the hotel staff took the entire cost of the booking as they said it was nonrefundable when we booked it through expedia. We even provided a doctor's note, but they were not accommodating. The hotel staff and management were very late to respond despite multiple emails, just giving us the run around....
