"The staff was extremely helpful and the location was an easy walk to the ferries and Villa Montasero and Cipressi. The town is small and most things close around 10 p.m."

"Camera pulita, spaziosa e ben insonorizzata. Pet friendly senza alcuna maggiorazione sul prezzo della camera. Ottima la posizione. Possibilità di parcheggio pubblico gratuito. Personale gentilissimo. Colazione eccellente per la varietà di prodotti e per la qualità. Le torte fatte in casa: deliziose. Ampia scelta di cibi sia dolci che salati. "Incredible hotel and location, Room was clean and had everything we needed. Staff were the highlight of the stay, everyone is incredibly welcoming and friendly, went above and beyond for our stay including an out of hours sandwich being made even though kitchen was closed due to our late arrival. Breakfast was tasty and included a large selection. Sadly due to our timings we were unable to experience the SPA but we will be returning for this."
"Loved the place, beautiful spot to stay at! The whole apartment was stunning. The only bad thing I can say is that our room was right above the gym, so around 6:30am, they would open the windows and smack them hard against the wall. You can also heard people smack weights. Other than, beautiful apartment and great location."
"Hotel and botanical gardens were beautiful. Great view. Terrace was blocked off both nights we stayed for a wedding so couldn't utilize but multiple other options to sit."
"Excellent hospitality and service. Their restaurant is definitely the best in the area of lake Maggiore, Lugano and Como. Outstanding gourmet food coupled with exceptional service. "
"La villa è esteticamente mantenuta bene. Gli interni sono curati. Le zone comuni affrescate. atmosfera particolare. Varietà di stanze per tutte le tasche. Il personale è disponibile e cordiale. La zona SPA presenta qualche incertezza. Dà l'impressione di aver bisogno di manutenzione."
