"I booked a stay at this Filario Hotel, but fell we fell sick before the hotel stay. We reached out 24 hours prior to the hotel stay to see if we can switch to date ore receive a partial refund, but the hotel staff took the entire cost of the booking as they said it was nonrefundable when we booked it through expedia. We even provided a doctor's note, but they were not accommodating. The hotel staff and management were very late to respond despite multiple emails, just giving us the run around....
