"Great facility. The rooftop pool and bar area was great. Breakfast was very good. The laundry was a unique extra for free. Located in the center of everything with a wonderful view from the sixth floor"
"Spotless hotel in a great location. Staff was kind and helpful but sometimes overwhelmed when there was only one person working. The room itself was very nice just a few amenities that didn’t really make sense. The tv enclosed in glass is not necessary and the bathroom mirror is basically not usable if you are actually trying to see something such as putting on make up or grooming. Overall a great stay just a few picky things on my end."
"In general, it is a very good place to stay. The room has an air conditioner, a dishwasher, a cook-top, and a Nespresso machine.
The room is clean, although there were some small flies around. We also found that housekeeping didn't empty the Nespresso internal capsule container nor the drip tray.
The staff are accessible, and speak several languages fluently (English, Spanish, Portuguese).
They are strict about the number of complimentary items you can get per day. For example, you only get 4...
